UPDATE OCTOBER 2019

Philip is deep into the first week of rehearsals of The Mousetrap for Vienna’s English Theatre, while preparations continue for the arrival of cast and production team in Buxton next month for Cinderella, starring James Holmes (Miranda) as Ugly Sister Ivana and Shannon Flynn (CBBC, Waterloo Road and Coronation Street) in the title role. We look forward to welcoming the supporting cast of Alasdair Baker (returning for the third year, this time as Baron Hardup); Jamie Barwell (playing Ivana’s sharp-tongued sister, Melania); Emily Juler as the lovable Fairy Godmother; Ryan Bennett as Prince Charming; Connor Hignell as Dandini and Hannah Shackell as Becky / Miss Trotwell.

Claudia has been very pleased to have her outline for a play - “The Queens Upstairs” (set in in 1980s London, about two young women trying to make it in the comedy circuit) - included in a pack which has been sent out to schools under the LEH Write the Girl project.
